Depending on the size of the project, it normally takes between 2-5 days (weather depending).
We use a reinforced fibre meshed concrete and pour at 100-125mm for driveways and 75-100mm for patios and paths.
Once we have completed a full wash-off and clean up of your project and surrounding area, you can then use it freely whilst awaiting sealant.
Ideally we like to get all projects sealed 2-3 weeks after installation, this is once again dependent on the weather.
The simple answer for this is yes. All concrete can crack but we take special measures to avoid that from happening, such as expansion joints. We trust that if a hairline crack should appear we can easily repair it.
No, you don’t have to choose your pattern or colour until the day before we install. Although we do recommend that you think about your decision before this time.
No, the price you are given on your quote is for the installing of any pattern and any colour.
When planning any installation, access is a main priority. Although you can walk on the concrete the next day, for the day of installation we would use either scaffold boards, walk boards or simply rear access from neighbours if possible. We will always find a way.
With the occasional reseal, any imprinted concrete should last over 20 years if it has been installed correctly.
